Even if a joint Will is not required, this information is useful. 

Beneficiaries are the people you wish to inherit your estate and assets. At this stage we just need the names and addresses of your primary beneficiaries. 

If you have children under the age of 18 years you will need to appoint a legal guardian – someone will who take responsibility of raising your child(ren) in your absence. 

We recommend discussing this with your family and friends and appoint someone who has similar morals, lifestyle and interests as you.
